Hi,
My partner and I are relocating permanently to Sydney on 29th October. We are both professionals in our late 20's and have jobs already secured.
We are looking to stay in Manly, Mosman or Neutral Bay. We would really appreciate it if anyone knows of any 1 or 2 bedroom apartments opening up at this time as we only have a week to secure accommodation before starting work. We would pay anything up to $575 p/w for the right apartment but ideally are looking to pay approx $500p/w. As we are relocating we will require the apartment to be at least part-furnished preferably furnished.

My parents are coming to visit me June 10 to July 3 and I'd like to find them a clean place to stay for their visit. Possibly a house sitting option if there are pets or plants involved or even paying some rent for the short term. Even if you don't have something for the full time of their visit, I would still be interested with even part of that time. I live in the Mosman area and that location would be ideal, but I am open to other options as long as it is relatively close to Mosman or just a really good deal and worth renting a car if it isn't close to public transportation.

Room for rent in sunny Manly. ($275 including gas and electricity). The room can be rented furnished or unfurnished. I'm a 30+ female who enjoyes a healthy lifestyle (the gym, healthy eating, yoga, caring for the environment). I was born in Sweden but I have lived in Australia since 2001.
The flat has a leafy outlook from all windows (so no one can look in - very private) and it's a 5 min walk to the beach and 10 min walk to the ferry. Gas stove, electric oven, washing machine, new carpet in the flat (we leave our shoes in the hallway). A small store room downstairs as well as a store room for bicycles. Unlimited parking on the street (I've never had a problem to find a park).
I'm looking for a relaxed, down-to-earth, honest, non-smoking, respectful long term flatmate (male or female, but sorry no couples) who can stay long term. The longer the better. It is a nice relaxing home and not a party place. Bond is $950 and the moving in date is the 23rd of January.
