I resided in the apartment with a collegue of mine just for 6 months, because i based in the united kingdom, with my wife and two children. Good day. I have a PRIVATE large room with EN-SUITE AND SUN ROOM will be available AFTER 27TH JAN 2008(Sunday). It is a 3 bedroom house in Harbord(Manly areas) which NEARBY CURL CURL AND FRESHWATER AND MANLY BEACHES. BUS STOP IS JUST OUTSIDE.
You will share with other easy-going and neat professionals. Rent will be $230PW for single person and $300PW for couple or two girls (Incl utilities). INTERNET IS AVAILABLE. Furnished or Unfurnished (up to you). Non-smoker, please. Long term preferred, but short term is OK too.

I have a room available to rent in a fully furnished large 2brm apartment in Fairlight. The apartment has a large living area, harbour views and back and front yards. This is situtated 10mins walk to Manly or 2mins on the bus (bus stop at front door).
We area a professional/student couple in mid 20s and are looking for a someone to rent our second bedroom. We are looking for a long term flatmate who is sociable, clean and friendly.

Hi everyone,
A friend of mine has just been scammed out of deposit money whilst trying to find a room to rent in Manly. This person lived aboard and was able to provide a lease agreement, pictures and other items however they asked for money prior to viewings.
Please do not give money unless you are positive they are a reputable firm/indivudal, and do not use money gram/western union or other untraceable money transfer firms. The police cannot trace this sort of fraud.
Especially be aware of people that you cannot meet face to face.

Hi I’m looking to rent a room in Manly for 3-6 months plus. I can move in ASAP and can pay up to $200 pw.
I’m a 26 year old male from England (Cornwall) and will be living/working in Manly for at least 6 months. I’m very laid back, sociable, clean/tidy, always up for anything and like most people here I surf whenever possible. I resided in the apartment with a collegue of mine just for 6 months, because i based in the united kingdom, with my wife and two children. But presently now i am in west africa and i will be resided here for some time due to my current assignment .I am a commitee member in an(SNA COMPANY:SAY NO TO AIDS) PROGRAM. And we are on a compaign program to west africa and some part of asia countries. And also i am into a charity organisation funding over there in london, which is controlled by my wife becky also we receive funding from big organsation, individuals and mostly churches, is an australian by birth. I just need someone with love and open heart to occupy my apartment. |

I will be graduating college in May with a degree in Hospitality and TOURISM Management and want to make the big move to Sydney (or surrounding areas) to live for a year or so...
I want to start out working as a bartender or travel guide or something of the sort while I am there.
Anyone have any advice about which work visa to get or how to go about getting a job/living... It seems to me that there are only visas for three months or for experienced business professionals. But I have just begun my research... Thanks for your help!! |

Hey,
I'm a polish traveller looking for an apartment for rent for at least 4 months (8 if possible). I'm heading to Sydney on January 10th and I would like to stay in Manly area. I (23yo) travel with 2 of my friends (one girl (26), one guy(23)). We're nice, easy going, friendly backpackers that want to stay longer in one place, earn some money and go further with travelling. We'll be studying in Sydney and we want to work part time as well. Any help, advice or accomodation or work suggestion might be very helpful ;)
