I have a 2 bedroom free standing brick house. It is in a quiet and mostly privately owned part of Dundas. There is public transport to a number of places including parramatta, carlingford, west ryde, macquarie shops/uni, eastwood and chatswood. There is ample room under the house suitable for storage or converting into another room, full fenced backyard with lock up gates and new floor and wall tiles in the kitchen.
I am looking for a simple swap and have been approved for a 2 or 3 bdrm place by the doh. Am wanting to downsize my outdoor area but do have pets so need some space outside for a dog. Am willinng to consider a villa, house or townhouse in the following areas only: Castle Hill, Baulkham Hills, Marsfield/North Ryde, Pennant Hills, Carlingford, North Rocks, Epping, Dundas, Eastwood, Normanhurst, Thornleigh, Hornsby. Only genuine callers thanks and must be from above araes only. Will consider 3 way swap if all involved are genuine. |
